Warm Ash-Style Variation for Cone 6 Pottery

Electric Ash C6 Pro Series Stoneware Glaze creates a warm ash-style surface with amber, ochre, golden-brown and deeper brown variation. The changing colour follows throwing lines and raised ridges, making it especially effective on textured vessels and pottery where the fired glaze should help define the shape rather than cover it with one uniform tone.

Choose Electric Ash when you want an earthy, atmospheric result with more movement than a flat tan or brown glaze. Clay body, application thickness, layering and kiln conditions can alter the balance of lighter gold and deeper brown areas, so compare labelled test tiles on the intended porcelain or stoneware body before glazing a full batch.

  • Compare smooth and ridged test pieces to assess how the colour responds to texture.
  • Record application thickness and glaze order on layered test tiles.
  • Retain a fired reference sample for comparisons between kiln loads.

When returning items to us, please include a note or copy of your sales order or invoice with your goods to enable us to process your refund. We can either arrange a refund for the returned items or a credit note, the value of which can be deducted from your next order. Refunds will be credited to the original payment card. Goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition and any lids, packaging and labels must be intact. Please note, we will only refund or credit the sale value of incorrectly ordered goods – not any return postage. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition.
