When selecting replacement kiln furniture, check your kiln make and model, the shape and dimensions of the shelves you require, and the prop heights needed for your work. Our kiln furniture sets bring together shelves, props and spacers for specified kiln models, while individual components are available for replacements or additional shelf levels. If you're unsure which items are suitable, please contact our kiln department before ordering.
For best results and to prolong the life of your shelves, apply Cromartie Batt Wash before firing. This creates a protective barrier that helps prevent glaze sticking and reduces surface wear over time.
