Crystal Turquoise BOTZ Earthenware Glaze creates a blue-green, satin-glossy surface with a vivid, mottled character. Across bowls and broad curved forms, the changing turquoise tones and darker textured areas can give the surface plenty of visual depth, making the glaze itself an important part of the decoration.

Choose Crystal Turquoise when you want a more active blue-green surface rather than a flat, uniform colour. It can give especially interesting effects on dark clays. This glaze tends to run strongly, so that behaviour is an important consideration when deciding how to use it on a piece.
