The clean, fresh colour suits small bowls, rounded vessels and simple decorative forms, while the reflective finish follows curves and raised details to make shape and texture more noticeable. It can also bring clear green colour to smaller motifs and patterned decoration.
It also gives good results on coloured clay, which is useful when the clay body is intended to remain part of the finished design. Very good melting behaviour combines with a low tendency to run, making Apple Green a practical choice for defined motifs and selected glazed areas where neat separation from exposed clay matters.
