Christmas Opening Times and Deliveries
To help you plan your Christmas orders, here’s everything you need to know about our delivery cut-off dates and our Christmas opening hours.
Last Delivery Dates for Pre-Christmas Delivery
Economy Delivery (Pallets): Last order date – Thursday 18th December before 12 noon
(3 working day despatch)
Next Day Delivery (Cartons & Pallets): Last order date – Monday 22nd December before 12 noon
(despatch same day)
Collections: Last collection date – Tuesday 23rd December before 12 noon
If you require delivery before Christmas and are ordering after Thursday 18th December, don't forget to choose the Next Day service at checkout for pallet deliveries, as economy service deliveries placed after Thursday 18th may not arrive before Christmas.
Please let us know your Christmas opening hours in the Special Delivery Instructions when placing your order, so we can be sure to avoid any closure times.
Christmas Closure
Our showroom, warehouse and office will be closing at 12 noon on Tuesday 23rd December and will reopen on Friday 2nd January 2026.
Any orders placed on our website during the Christmas break will be processed and despatched when we reopen on Friday 2nd January 2026.
